HUITE HZN120 precast concrete batching plant is equipped with a vertical shaft planetary mixer tailored for precast concrete production. The octagonal powder weighing hopper improves structural rigidity and prevents material buildup. Multiple protection measures stabilize the weighing accuracy of powder, water and additives. The upper water pipeline structure can clear residual liquid and avoid waste during formula switching.
Its self-developed control software supports precise weighing, data traceability and optional ERP connection. Operators can check material humidity in real time via temperature and humidity sensors. Multiple discharge gates can serve several production lines at the same time. The drive system fitted with heavy-duty reducers delivers large torque and low noise. The entire precast concrete batching plant also incorporates dust and noise control for eco-friendly operation.
