HUITE HZN120 Precast Concrete Batching Plant
This precast concrete batching plant is equipped with a large‑capacity vertical‑shaft planetary mixer for mass precast concrete production.
The mixer adopts the planetary mixing principle. Mixing blades complete revolution and autorotation simultaneously for powerful mixing, high efficiency and low energy consumption. This mixer features few wearing parts for easy maintenance. It is suitable for mass production of dry‑stiff, semi‑dry‑stiff and high‑performance concrete. It adopts transmission with hard‑tooth‑surface reducer, delivering large torque and stable operation. Mixing blades cover the full mixing drum without blind zones to achieve homogeneous mixing and eliminate shaft‑wrapping risks. Different from twin‑shaft mixers, this vertical planetary mixer has no penetrating main stirring shaft, so there is no traditional main‑shaft shaft‑end sealing challenge.
Discharge doors can be pneumatically or hydraulically controlled. Up to three discharge doors can be equipped, and the hydraulic power unit supports emergency manual discharge function. The top‑mounted water pipeline removes residual water and admixture inside pipes. Spiral cone nozzles deliver uniform spray coverage with anti‑clogging performance for better mixing effect.
Optimized structure avoids discharge gate jamming. Multiple measures guarantee stable weighing accuracy. The octagonal powder weighing hopper improves structural rigidity and reduces material sticking. Independent metering units for water and admixture ensure accurate batching results.
This precast concrete batching plant adopts self‑developed control software for refined batching management. A built‑in database supports batch record query and full production traceability. The intuitive interface is easy to operate, and ERP connection function can be added optionally. Moisture sensors can be installed to monitor material moisture and temperature. Multiple discharge doors can feed several precast production lines at the same time to meet large‑scale continuous production.
The precast concrete batching plant adopts green design. Special optimization for dust, noise and waste treatment reduces pollutant emission and meets environmental standards of precast factories.
