HUITE HZN90 Precast Concrete Batching Plant
This precast concrete batching plant is fitted with a large vertical‑shaft planetary mixer for high‑output precast concrete production.
Vertical Shaft Planetary Mixer
The mixer works on the planetary principle. Mixing blades perform both revolution around the central axis and autorotation on their own shafts to deliver powerful mixing with high efficiency and low energy consumption. This mixer features few wearing parts for easy maintenance and low operating cost. It is suitable for dry‑stiff, semi‑dry‑stiff and high‑performance concrete. It adopts a transmission system consisting of a motor and heavy‑duty hard‑tooth‑surface reducer, delivering large torque and low‑vibration performance. Mixing blades cover the full interior of the mixing drum without blind mixing zones to achieve homogeneous concrete and eliminate shaft‑wrapping risks. Different from twin‑shaft mixers, this vertical planetary mixer has no penetrating main stirring shaft, so there is no traditional main‑shaft shaft‑end sealing challenge.
Discharge doors can be pneumatically or hydraulically controlled. Up to three discharge doors can be equipped, and the hydraulic power unit supports emergency manual discharge function. The top‑mounted water pipeline eliminates residual water and admixture inside pipes. Spiral cone nozzles provide uniform spray coverage with anti‑clogging performance for better mixing effect.
High Precision Weighing System
Optimized structure prevents gate jamming. Multiple measures ensure stable weighing accuracy. The octagonal powder weighing hopper improves structural rigidity and reduces material sticking. Separate metering units for water and admixture ensure accurate batching results.
Intelligent Management System
This precast concrete batching plant uses self‑developed control software for precise batching. A built‑in database supports batch record checking and full‑product traceability. The intuitive interface is easy to operate, and ERP connection function can be added optionally. Moisture sensors can be installed to monitor material moisture and temperature. Multiple discharge doors can feed several precast production lines at once.
Eco Friendly Design
The precast concrete batching plant adopts green design. Special optimization for dust, noise and waste treatment reduces pollutant emission to meet environmental standards.
