HUITE HZS180 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant
HUITE HZS180 stationary concrete batching plant is heavy-duty, high-capacity concrete mixing equipment designed for large construction projects. This plant enables stable and continuous concrete production, featuring a robust structure and intelligent control logic.
Main Building
Ladders, walkways and cable trays of this batching plant adopt galvanizing treatment for anti-rust performance and good appearance. Hollow-designed steps are anti-slip. Neatly arranged cable trays simplify daily maintenance. The built-in pulse dust collector adopts sunken installation to save space and realize centralized dust removal for aggregate and powder materials.
The material collecting hopper adopts an octagonal structure for smooth discharging without material sticking. High-strength wear-resistant lining plates are fitted on the temporary storage hopper and collecting hopper to extend service life. The powder hopper also features octagonal design for smooth feeding.
The liquid admixture system separates clean water, waste water and admixture. A pressure pump is equipped for clean water supply. Waste water flows into the mixer through an independent pipeline. The admixture weighing scale is made of stainless steel.
Control Room
The control room comes with fine interior decoration, including ceiling and wood flooring. Plastic-steel windows are installed, and noise-reducing glass is fitted on the side close to the mixer. The stainless steel outer door is sturdy. Air conditioner, exhaust fan and lighting are fully equipped. The electric control system features simple operation, precise metering and powerful functions.
Cement Silo
The cement silo is equipped with high & low material level alarm during feeding. Dust removal is managed via the central control cabinet, so operators do not need to stay in the control room during night feeding. International standard steel plates and section bars guarantee silo stability. Specially designed elbows for feeding pipes extend service life.
Batching and Aggregate Conveying
Coarse and fine weighing improves accuracy with an independent air source. Pull-cord emergency stop switch ensures conveyor safety, and the scraper cleaner operates efficiently. The nylon belt features impact resistance and long service life. The externally mounted direct-drive roller motor facilitates inspection. It is equipped with a stable truss structure, complete safety components and automatic belt tension device.
Control System
Our independently developed software adapts to concrete production processes. It supports flexible formula storage, free formula switching and online parameter adjustment. Dual-speed feeding and automatic fall compensation guarantee weighing precision. Intelligent parameter detection prevents misoperation. Dual-machine dual control design is optional. Data query and report printing are supported.
