The HZS60 concrete batching plant is built with profiles and steel plates that comply with international standards, ensuring safe and stable performance. It features a sunken pulse dust removal system for the main building, an octagonal wear-resistant hopper, independent liquid pipelines, a sound-insulated decorated control room, and a self-developed dual-control electric system. The belt conveying system includes full safety protection. Coarse and fine batching guarantees accurate proportioning, making it suitable for small and medium commercial concrete and road infrastructure projects. All stated capacity of the equipment is theoretical productivity.
HZS60 Control System
Self-developed control software fully considers concrete production technology and adapts to site working conditions with complete functions.
Customizable formula storage quantity. Multiple formulas can be switched freely, and formula values can be modified online.
Dual-speed feeding and automatic drop compensation ensure batching precision for every batch.
Intelligent detection of moisture content and gate opening & closing time avoids misoperation caused by incorrect input.
The system intelligently monitors key parameters to prevent misoperation from incorrect data entry.
Dual-mechanism dual-control design. Control mode can be selected as required.
Complete functions for data inquiry and report printing provide traceable production records.
Main Building
Ladders, treads, and cable trays adopt galvanizing treatment for anti-rust protection, long service life, and a clean appearance.
Sunken indoor pulse dust collector saves site space. It performs centralized dust collection for aggregate and powder with excellent dust removal effect.
Octagonal gathering hopper enables smooth discharging without material sticking. High-strength wear-resistant liners are installed for the temporary hopper and gathering hopper to extend service life.
Octagonal powder hopper ensures smooth feeding. Liquid pipelines are divided into clean water, sewage, and admixture. Clean water is equipped with a booster pump; sewage is delivered to the mixer through an independent pipeline. The admixture weighing scale is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
Batching & Aggregate Conveying
Separate batching for coarse and fine aggregates ensures high weighing precision. An independent air source provides stable air supply.
Nylon conveyor belt features good impact resistance and long service life. External motor directly connected with roller for easy inspection and maintenance.
Robust truss structure, humanized safety assemblies, and self-adjusting belt tensioner.
Control Room
Fully enclosed outer cladding with fine interior decoration, ceiling, and wooden floor for an elegant appearance.
Plastic-steel windows. Noise reduction glass on the side close to the mixer. Stainless steel outer door with high durability.
Equipped with air conditioner, exhaust fan, and complete lighting system for a comfortable working environment.
Electric control system features simple operation, precise metering, and powerful functions.
Cement Silo
Cement silo fitted with high/low level indicator & alarm. Dust removal system is controlled by a centralized control cabinet. No need to enter the control room during night filling operation.
Made of international steel plate and international profiles to guarantee a safe and stable silo structure.
Specially designed elbow for filling pipe to prolong component service life.
All stated capacity of the equipment is theoretical productivity.
