This overhead belt batching plant adopts a column load-bearing concrete structure for the main building, with well-distributed force transmission and low vibration. Fewer columns bring a more reasonable interior layout. The main steel structure is designed with round tubes, requiring a higher fabrication standard and delivering a stable and reliable structure. It is equipped with a conical finished material hopper which prevents buildup , fitted with high-strength wear-resistant liners to extend service life. Suitable for continuous mass production of commercial concrete. All quoted equipment capacities refer to is theoretical productivity.
Key Features & Advantages
Column load-bearing concrete structure for the main building, featuring good force transmission and low vibration. Fewer columns realize a more reasonable layout of the machine room.
The main steel structure adopts a round tube design with higher processing requirements for a stable and reasonable structure.
Conical finished material hopper prevents material sticking. High-strength wear-resistant liners are equipped for longer service life.
Heightened mixer top cover enables premixing of powder materials before entering the mixer. All materials are fed into the center of the mixer without shaft wrapping, improving mixing efficiency.
Three-point sensor design for the weighing scale body ensures higher metering accuracy.
Built-in high-strength wear-resistant liners in the aggregate temporary storage hopper for strong wear resistance.
Flat discharge port with double discharge gates for smooth discharging. When electric current is high, single and double discharge gates can work alternately to protect the motor and reducer.
Pneumatic chute for powder conveying with an independent fan to maintain stable air volume.
Double butterfly valve for coarse & fine feeding metering to improve powder metering precision.
Extended powder dust removal pipeline achieves a good dust removal effect and avoids powder waste.
