Product Overview
HUITE HZS120 stationary concrete batching plant is heavy-duty stationary concrete production equipment designed for large construction projects, with a theoretical productivity of 120 cubic meters per hour. This plant integrates the mixer host, metering unit, control cabinet, aggregate conveyor and powder silo. It delivers stable mixing quality, accurate weighing, low failure rate and good environmental performance. The modular design simplifies installation, inspection and maintenance.

It adopts a twin-shaft compulsory mixer manufactured by Qingdao HUITE Machinery. The shaft-mounted reducer reduces vibration and noise. Wear-resistant alloy liner plates and blades provide outstanding wear and impact resistance. Well-arranged mixing arms form spiral mixing tracks to achieve fast and even material blending.
The computer & instrument integrated control system features fast operation and quick response. Optimized discharging control ensures dynamic weighing accuracy meets or exceeds industry standards.
The system consists of industrial computer, PLC, electronic scales and power cabinets. Customization is available to adapt to different site conditions. Our independently developed software supports formula storage, free switching and online parameter adjustment. Dual-speed feeding and automatic fall compensation guarantee batch precision. It supports intelligent parameter detection, dual-machine dual control, data query and report printing.
Key spare parts use world-famous brands to reduce failure risks. The powder conveying and storage system is fully sealed to minimize dust and noise pollution. A central dust collection system is optional. Automatic lubrication pump and aviation plug wiring ensure safe operation. Humanized industrial design enables simple operation and convenient maintenance.
