Concrete Batching Plant Electric Control System: Formula Management, Hierarchical Authority and Traceable Production Data.

This automatic electric control system for concrete batching plants adopts PLC as core controller, integrated with formula management, hierarchical authority, real-time alarm, production traceability and system interconnection functions. It is compatible with all kinds of concrete batching plants. The HMI interface is simple and intuitive, supporting automatic and semi-automatic production modes. The system features stable and reliable data recording, supporting local query, report printing and U-data export. Reserved expansion interfaces enable connection with customers' existing information management platforms to meet refined management requirements of commercial concrete projects. All stated capacity of the equipment is theoretical productivity.

Core Electric Control Functions

• Formula Storage & Online Modification Formulas can be pre-stored in the control system. Before production, operators select target formula and input batch number to start automatic metering. Only authorized administrators are allowed to modify formula parameters; ordinary operators can only call formulas to ensure data security.
• Hierarchical Authority Management Different operation authorities are assigned for staff of different positions. Permissions such as formula viewing / formula modification, history record viewing / record export, parameter viewing / parameter setting can be allocated separately to prevent unauthorized operation and standardize production management.
• Historical Data Query & Export The system automatically records data of each batch, including actual weighing value, batching time, operator and other information. Data can be checked on HMI, exported via U disk or printed on site. It also stores all alarm logs such as overweight/underweight deviation alarm and equipment fault alarm for troubleshooting and quality inspection.
• Real-time Alarm & Protection During weighing, if material weight exceeds the allowable error range, the system will trigger sound-light alarm and emergency stop for manual handling. The level monitor detects material stock in silos and triggers low-level alarm. Alarm prompts will also pop up once abnormal operation occurs.
• Error-proof Design Interlock access control system prevents workers from taking or feeding wrong raw materials. Both automatic and semi-automatic modes adopt guided HMI operation. Operators only need to follow the prompts on screen, lowering operation difficulty and reducing human error.
• Full-process Traceability System Compatible with barcode printing & scanning modules to realize full-chain traceability: raw material source recording, whole production process archiving and finished concrete quality tracking, meeting requirements of project acceptance and quality audit.
• Automatic Control System & Central Control Room Control architectures including DCP, PLC, FCS, SCADA can be selected according to technical process. Unified communication protocol is adopted between control system and instruments. Independent data server can be configured for scenarios requiring long-term mass data storage. A central control room is equipped to centrally monitor the whole batching plant.
• Reserved Interface for System Interconnection Standard data interfaces are reserved, supporting connection with customer’s existing production management system, inventory management system, ERP and other platforms to connect production and inventory data and realize plant-wide information linkage.
