Product Overview

HUITE HZS90 stationary concrete batching plant is a heavy-duty fixed concrete production system designed for continuous operation on large construction projects. It features a theoretical output of 90 m³/h. The plant adopts modular assembly, consisting of the mixing tower, control room, cement silos, aggregate batching unit and belt conveyor system. All structural components are optimized for long-term field service. This plant delivers reliable dust control, easy routine maintenance and precise proportioning of raw materials. The fully integrated intelligent control system streamlines the whole concrete batching process for site operators.

Mixing Tower

• Ladders, tread plates and cable trays are galvanized for effective rust resistance, maintaining good appearance after years of outdoor operation. Hollow tread design prevents slipping during operation. Neatly arranged cable trays simplify inspection and maintenance work.
• A built-in pulse dust collector is installed in recessed layout to save site space. It captures dust from both aggregates and powder materials for excellent dust removal performance.
• The material collecting hopper adopts octagonal design to ensure smooth discharging and prevent material adhesion on inner walls. Wear-resistant high-strength lining plates are fitted on temporary storage hopper and collecting hopper to extend service life.
• The powder hopper also uses octagonal structure to guarantee stable feeding. The liquid dosing system is separated into pipelines for clean water, wastewater and admixtures. A pressure pump is equipped on the clean water pipeline. Wastewater is delivered to the mixer via an independent pipeline. The admixture weighing scale is stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Control Room

• The control room is fully enclosed with fine interior finishing, fitted with ceiling and wood flooring to create a comfortable working environment.
• Windows adopt plastic-steel frames. The glass facing the mixing host provides sound insulation to reduce noise interference. The external access door is stainless steel with high structural strength and long service life.
• Full supporting utilities including air conditioner, exhaust fan and lighting system are installed inside.
• The electric control system features intuitive operation, high weighing accuracy and abundant practical production functions.

Cement Silo

• Cement silos are equipped with level indicators and alarms for feeding monitoring. The dust removal system is managed by a centralized control cabinet. Operators can complete cement feeding at night without entering the control room.
• Silos are fabricated with standard steel plates and section bars to ensure structural safety and stability under long-term load.
• The feeding pipe elbow adopts a specially optimized structure to greatly improve wear resistance.

Batching and Aggregate Conveying Section

• Two-stage weighing for fine and coarse aggregates is applied to guarantee high weighing precision. An independent air source provides stable air supply for the whole pneumatic system.
• Pull-cord emergency stop switches are installed along the aggregate conveyor line for safety protection. A belt scraper cleaner efficiently removes residual materials on the belt.
• The conveyor belt is made of nylon material, capable of withstanding heavy impact for longer service life. The motor is mounted externally and directly coupled to the roller for convenient inspection and maintenance.
• The plant adopts robust truss structure and humanized safety guards. Automatic belt tensioning device maintains proper belt tension during operation.
