- External leakage: Preventing hydraulic oil from leaking to the outside of the pump truck is not only a waste of oil and causes environmental pollution, but more seriously, if the oil leaks onto the moving parts such as the boom and turntable of the pump truck, it will bring great safety hazards (such as fire risk and slippery ground).
2. Preventing leakage of slurry, water and air:
- At the connection between the conveying cylinder and the hopper, the bearing housing of the S valve (or gate valve), etc., sealing gaskets are used to prevent the leakage of concrete slurry. Once leakage occurs, it will wear the equipment, pollute the equipment and the work site, and cause a decrease in pumping pressure.
- In the pipe joints of the water circulation cooling system, sealing gaskets prevent the leakage of cooling water to ensure that the engine and hydraulic oil are effectively cooled.
