Application:

In rotor-type shotcrete machine, the rubber sealing plates work with rotor lining plates as a sealing part.

It is the main component of shotcrete machine, and should be checked and replaced regularly.

When using several times, if loose, can use clamping device to clamp it, then use it again.

The rubber sealing plate has special flexibility, non-water absorption, self-lubricating performance and self-cleaning function, which can completely remove material adhesion and blockage. It is the most critical wearing part of the shotcrete machine.

Use: mine tunnels, railway road tunnels, underground buildings (or civil), high-rise building foundation pits and road slopes, etc.

Features: high flexibility, high wear resistance, anti-aging, high pressure resistance, impact resistance.

Structure features: there are a upper sealing plate and a lower sealing plate close to the two rotor lining plates. The inner hole are air holes while the fan-shaped hole of upper sealing plate and the outer hole of the lower sealing plate are material unloading hole.

1. Q: How do we know which model more suitable to us?

A: Just feel free to tell us your requirements, will recommend the most suitable model for you.

2. Q: How many spares should we prepare?

A: After long-time running, the stator & rotor, spraying nozzle may get worn. We will offer some spares for free. Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale -how many square meters you will spray.

3. Q: Can we have customized model?

A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.

4. Q: What should we do if there are some problems with the machine?

A: The Operate Instruction will help with routine maintenance and common problems. Also, you can contact us for technical instruction by email, instant messenger or live video etc.

5. Q: What is the lead time?

A: 1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It depends for mass production.

6. Q: How about the package?

A: The machine will be wrapped by plastic film and packed by fumigation-free wooden case along with spare parts.
