Product Overview
This integrated pneumatic-electric rotary slip ring features an aluminum alloy housing with two G3/8" large-diameter pneumatic channels and twelve 2A electrical channels within a compact 86mm outer diameter and 167.6mm length design. Supporting speeds up to 200rpm and 220V operating voltage, the pneumatic circuits withstand 0.8MPa air pressure, providing reliable integrated connection solutions for various industrial applications.
Can the two air channels be used simultaneously for air sources with different pressures?
Yes. The two air channels are completely independent. You can set different working pressures for each channel (both ≤0.8MPa) to meet the differentiated pressure requirements of different pneumatic actions.
Does the 12-channel 2A circuit support signal transmission (such as sensor signals)?
Yes. The 2A current capacity is more than sufficient for signal transmission. These channels are ideal for transmitting various industrial signals, such as proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, and solenoid valve control signals. For sensitive signals, it is recommended to use twisted-pair shielded cables.
What diameter of air hose does the G3/8" interface typically fit?
The G3/8" threaded interface typically uses air hoses with an outer diameter of 8mm or 10mm, connected via quick-connect fittings. The specific hose diameter needs to be selected based on the flow requirements of your pneumatic system.
What is the product's protection rating? Can it be used in dusty environments?
The standard model has basic dust and splash protection capabilities. For use in dusty environments, we can provide customized versions with IP54 or higher protection ratings to ensure that internal precision components are not contaminated.
Does the 167.6mm length include the leads at both ends?
This length is the total mechanical length of the slip ring body (excluding the leads at both ends). The standard lead length is usually 300mm, but can also be customized according to your actual installation distance for convenient on-site wiring.
