GK2586-18P series hollow through-hole conductive slip ring. adopts hollow design, with inner hole diameter of 25mm and a total of 18 channels. It supports customized large current, mixed signals, etc. and is suitable for multi-channel power and signal connection of heavy industrial robots or complex test platforms.
GK2586-18P series hollow through-hole conductive slip ring Product Features:
1. 25.4mm center hole + 86mm outer diameter, the sleeve shaft can be rotated if it is less than 25.4mm.
2. Standard currents are 5A, 10A, and 20A, dynamic resistance change < 10mΩ, insulation meets the standard, Teflon wire is resistant to aging, and current transmission is reliable.
3. IP51 can be customized to upgrade to IP65, contact material can be selected as gold alloy, can be customized to support Ethernet signals, and the maximum speed is 1000rpm.
4. -30℃~+80℃ temperature range, 0.1N.m+0.03N.m/6-way torque, suitable for medium-sized high-demand equipment multi-current transmission.
5. Supports customization of heat shrink tube outlet, 18-way layout is orderly, taking into account medium size and multi-current transmission needs.
