The FS3899 series waterproof electric slip rings can carry high-voltage and high-power transmission. The protection level can be customized on demand. They are suitable for equipment with a rotating shaft diameter of ≤38.1mm and are suitable for harsh working conditions such as rotating parts of port cranes and large mixing plants.
FS3899 series waterproof electric slip rings Features
1. The large 38.1mm center hole accommodates large rotating shafts and can be directly installed in heavy equipment such as large mixing equipment and wind turbine tower rotary joints, eliminating the need for shaft modifications.
2. Power transmission supports 0-440VDC/VAC, allowing direct connection to industrial high-voltage power supplies to power high-power motors, heating devices, and other equipment without the need for additional step-down modules, simplifying circuit design.
3. The housing is constructed of thickened metal with a compressive strength of 10MPa (optional IP68 certification), which can withstand the pressure of deep water in deepwater equipment.
4. The 6-24 channel layout has been optimized for electromagnetic compatibility, achieving interference attenuation of ≥80dB between power and signal lines. This ensures extremely low signal distortion in the rotary transmission of precision measurement equipment.
5. The torque increases steadily with the number of channels (+0.03N·m/6 channels). Even with a full configuration of 24 channels, the total torque remains ≤0.22N·m, placing little burden on the equipment drive system and making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
