SI-30 Hydraulic Conductor Drum Stand — 300KN Heavy Duty Cable Reel Handling Equipment
The SI-30 Hydraulic Conductor Drum Stand is a heavy-duty material handling solution engineered to lift, position and pay out large power cable, conductor and wire reels with a single operator. A hydraulic pump raises the drum cradle from ground level to working height, replacing manual rolling and jacking that cause back injury and jacket damage. Built around a high-tensile welded steel frame, the SI-30 is rated for a 300KN load and accepts conductor reels up to 5000mm in diameter and 3100mm in width.

Powered Hydraulic Lifting
The manual hydraulic pump lifts reel weights up to 300KN, enabling one operator to load and position drums that would otherwise require a crane or a full crew, removing the leading cause of lifting injuries in cable work.
Controlled Cable Payout
An integrated back-tension brake regulates payout speed and tension, preventing cable spillage, kinks and slack loops while protecting the conductor and insulation during installation.
Wide Reel Compatibility
Adjustable cradle arms and a wide base accept reel diameters from 2400mm to 5000mm and core holes from 76mm to 200mm, letting one stand serve distribution wire through to heavy transmission conductor.
Mobile and Stable Design
Heavy-duty wheels allow the stand to be rolled between delivery trucks and the work face, while the rigid welded frame locks into a level, stable payout platform on site.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Each SI-30 is produced by an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in transmission line stringing and cable handling equipment. Frames are fabricated from high-tensile steel with reinforced welding at all stress points, then load-tested to 1.25 times the rated capacity before shipment. Every unit is supplied with a traceable serial number and inspection record so that procurement and site engineers can verify conformity with the declared 300KN rating.
