Core Parameters & Core Advantages of Push Lock Design: Adopts standard M19 circular package with 5 Pin precise layout, specially designed for 20A medium-power power transmission, rated voltage 300V, suitable for various industrial and outdoor low-voltage power supply scenarios. The core adopts push-lock connection structure, different from traditional thread or ordinary plug-in design. It can be locked by pressing and unlocked with one key for easy disassembly, featuring efficient operation and excellent anti-loosening performance, which can effectively adapt to vibration conditions and avoid connection loosening and poor contact caused by equipment operation vibration.
Professional Characteristics of PA66 Material: The shell is made of PA66 reinforced nylon material, processed by glass fiber modification technology, strictly complying with UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, with excellent high and low temperature resistance (-40℃~105℃), impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance. It also has excellent insulation performance, which can effectively isolate potential hazards such as leakage and short circuit during power transmission, balancing structural strength and electrical safety. It is suitable for long-term use in harsh industrial environments such as outdoors, humidity and heavy dust, without cracking, deformation or aging.
IP67 Waterproof Sealing Technology: Adopts an integrated fully sealed structure with high-elasticity fluororubber waterproof sealing ring, reaching IP67 protection level, realizing complete dustproof and short-term water immersion (1m water depth/30min) protection. The sealing structure is precisely matched with the push-lock design, and the sealing ring fits closely after locking, which can effectively block the intrusion of water vapor, dust, oil stains, corrosive gases and other impurities, eliminate electrical faults caused by environmental factors, ensure stable and reliable power transmission, and greatly extend the service life of the connector.
Electrical Performance & Contact Reliability: The contacts are made of high-conductivity brass substrate with precision gold plating on the surface, contact resistance ≤10mΩ, insulation resistance ≥500MΩ, withstand voltage 500V AC/1min, temperature rise ≤30K, with stable electrical performance. The uniform and dense gold plating layer has outstanding oxidation resistance and wear resistance, which can effectively reduce power loss, avoid poor contact, signal attenuation (suitable for auxiliary signal transmission) and other problems during long-term use. The mechanical insertion life is ≥5000 times, meeting the long-term use needs of mass equipment.
Structural Design & Application Scenarios: Male-female plug-in structure, compact size, suitable for various installation layouts, supporting flexible wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connection. The wiring method can be crimping or welding as required, adapting to 0.5-2.5mm² wires, with high assembly efficiency and easy later maintenance and replacement.
