2-Pin Pure Power Transmission Design: Adopting a streamlined 2-pin single-circuit layout exclusively for power transmission, it features no signal channel interference. It delivers balanced and stable current output, perfectly adapting to 600V high voltage and 50A high-current continuous power supply, effectively avoiding current disorder and power fluctuation for equipment main circuit power connection.
600V/50A High Voltage & Heavy Load Performance: Rated for 600V high voltage and 50A large current with sufficient electrical safety margin. Built with thickened high-purity copper terminals, it features large conductive area, low contact resistance and low temperature rise. It supports long-term full-load operation without overheating or poor contact, ensuring stable and reliable power supply for industrial heavy-load equipment.
Stable Panel Mount Installation Structure: Featured with professional panel mount design, the connector can be firmly embedded and fixed on equipment chassis and electric control panels. The embedded installation optimizes internal wiring layout, saves external space, realizes standardized integrated assembly, and is highly compatible with various electromechanical and electric control equipment.
Premium PA66 Flame-retardant Insulated Housing: One-piece injection molded with modified industrial PA66 nylon, the housing boasts high rigidity, strong impact resistance and excellent compression resistance. With outstanding high-voltage insulation, UL94 V0 flame retardancy and weather resistance, it prevents electric leakage, short circuit and breakdown, adapting to harsh industrial environments for long-term service.
