The Amphenol Air LB SIM (Modular Interconnection System) is a modular, rectangular, multi-contact, and multifunctional connector series available in metallic or composite versions. It is qualified according to the EN 4165 standard and designed for aeronautics and defense applications. The system comprises juxtaposable or flanged receptacles, plugs, and removable clip-in modules, offered in 2 or 4 module configurations. Key features include a mechanical polarization system with 36 combinations and a wide range of rear accessories. The SIM connector is intermatable with connectors complying with MBBN 3330 and EN 4165 standards.
