The Amphenol SurLok Plus Series offers a field-installable, highly reliable compression lug solution, serving as a robust alternative to common compression lugs. It utilizes industry-standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options, eliminating the need for specialized torque tools. This series is an environmentally sealed version of the original SurLok, now available in smaller sizes with a quick lock and press-to-release design. Incorporating the latest R4 RADSOK Technology, SurLok Plus is a compact, quick-mating, and durable product line. The RADSOK high amperage contact technology employs a stamped and formed, high-conductivity alloy grid to achieve low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area. The R4 version represents advanced research in laser welding copper-based alloys. Key applications include Energy Storage, EV/HEV, Process Control/Automation, and Heavy Equipment.
