The Amphe-PV H4 Plus from Amphenol Industrial Sustainable Technologies (AIST) is a robust, dual-certified DC connector designed for photovoltaic (PV) modules and installations worldwide. It offers enhanced durability and Amphenol-compatible mating, featuring Amphenols low resistance RADSOK contact technology. This connector supports wire gauges from 14AWG/2.5mm to 8AWG/10mm and boasts an IP68 rating. Key enhancements over the previous H4 model include a ratcheting gland back nut to prevent backspin, an improved sealing grommet for superior wet leakage performance, and optimized contact design for long-term stability. By integrating gland nuts, environmental gaskets, wire-retention collets, and multi-gauge contacts, the Amphe-PV H4 Plus reduces part count and generates cost savings. It is ideal for all PV applications, regardless of end-market.
