The Amphenol Industrial ePower-Lite is a plastic power connector series specifically designed for the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and electric vehicle (EV) markets. It offers 2, 3, and 4-pole configurations, providing flexibility for various power distribution needs. Featuring patented RADSOK technology, ePower-Lite connectors deliver higher amperage, reduced T-rise, lower voltage drop, and decreased resistance. The robust plastic shell is lightweight, compact, and capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 125C, while also offering dielectric protection. Its field-installable and repairable design, combined with connector position assurance (CPA), makes it a reliable and convenient interconnect solution for demanding EV and HEV applications. The series is also IP67 waterproof, touch-proof according to IEC 60529, and flammability rated UL 94V-0.
