This product line features LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) housings designed for electronic connectors. Available in natural and black colors, these housings meet UL94V-0 flammability standards. The series includes a 1.0K Type Housing (H2.5), a 1.0K Type Actuator (H2.5), a 1.0K Type Upper Terminal (H2.5), and a 1.0K Type Fitting Nail (H2.5). The terminals are constructed from Phosphor Bronze with tin plating, while the fitting nails are made of Brass with tin plating. These components are suitable for use within a temperature range of -25C to +85C, with a rated voltage of 50V AC/DC. They offer a contact resistance of 0.03 and an insulation resistance of 500M. The plastic parts are designed for a smooth surface finish, free from rough edges, shrinkage, defects, or cracks.
