The Amphenol Dubox SHUNTS are board-to-wire connectors designed for reliable electrical performance and enhanced retention. Featuring a dual beam contact design with pre-stressed contacts, they offer low insertion force and are compatible with short pins (5mm), supporting both end-to-end and side-by-side stacking for mezzanine applications. The connectors boast floating solder tails with self-centering capabilities to ensure coplanarity and facilitate robotic placement. A 4-wall contact design provides improved signal protection, and duplex plating offers a cost-efficient solution. These connectors are constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic material, compatible with Infrared and Vapor phase reflow processes, and compliant with DIN41651, HE13, and BT D2632 specifications. They are suitable for a wide range of target markets including Personal Care Devices, Home Care Devices, Home Automation, Server Storage, and Industrial applications like Robotics and PLCs.
