Barrel Styles:

• Non-Insulated Butted Seam: Economical, used where special performance or installation characteristics are not needed.
• Non-Insulated Brazed Seam: Silver brazed seam prevents opening under crimping pressure; stranded wire cannot escape barrel confines.
• Vinyl Insulated Brazed and Butted Seams: Features a flared, rigid molded polyvinyl chloride sleeve securely attached and funneled for easy wire entry.
• Nylon Insulated Butted Seam with Insulation Grip: Features a flared, seamless brass sleeve covered with a flared, molded nylon sleeve.

Heat Shrink Terminals, Connectors and Disconnects:

• Provide moisture protection and corrosion resistance with adhesive-lined heat shrink material.
• Offer improved mechanical performance with enhanced pullout strength and strain relief.
• Durable heat shrink tubing resists abrasion, scoring, cut-through, and aging.
• Available in wire sizes 2210 AWG.

High Temperature Terminals and Connectors:

• Constructed of steel with nickel plating.
• Rated for continuous use at 900F (482C).
• Suitable for ovens, motors, light fixtures, and other high-temperature applications.
• No applicable UL or CSA standard for high temperature steel parts.
