The 3M Through-Board Socket 953 Series is a 2 mm x 2 mm straight, dual-entry, surface mount socket designed to optimize PC board space. It features a high-temperature dielectric and is reflow solder compatible without leads. The dual-row design supports 660 pins and minimizes PC board stacking heights. This socket mates with pin headers for board stacking applications and is RoHS Compliant (RIA E1 & C1 apply). It is suitable for applications requiring reliable interconnect solutions.
