The Amphenol ICC WireLock is a 1.80mm pitch wire-to-board connector system designed for automotive applications, offering a compact and space-saving solution. It features a double-row configuration with four distinct color-coded options for visual and mechanical mismatching prevention. The system supports a nominal current carrying capacity of 3A per contact and accommodates cable wire gauges from 22AWG to 26AWG. Available in 10 to 40 positions, WireLock offers both vertical and horizontal Through-Hole (TH) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) configurations. Key benefits include low mating and un-mating force, Terminal-Position-Assurance (TPA) for secure terminal insertion, and Connector-Position-Assurance (CPA) for reliable mating. It is USCAR-2 V2 compatible and designed for high reliability.
