It is triple-certified to UL 6703 1000V, IEC 50521 1500V (Class A), and JET 1500V specifications, ensuring compatibility and safety across major PV markets worldwide. Building upon the established H4 connector, the H4 UTX maintains industry-standard mating compatibility and features Amphenol's low-resistance RADSOK contact technology. It accommodates a wide range of wire gauges from 14 AWG/2.5mm to 8 AWG/10mm and boasts an IP68 rating for environmental protection. A key enhancement is the ratcheting gland back nut, which prevents backspin during tightening. The optimized design, utilizing fewer components like gland nuts, environmental gaskets, wire-retention collets, and multi-gauge contacts, leads to reduced part count and cost savings. The H4 UTX is an ideal solution for all PV modules and installations.
