The Amphenol Tru-Loc connector series is a robust connection system designed for demanding environments, featuring Amphenols exclusive RADSOK 1.5 mm socket contacts. Engineered for applications such as under valve covers on diesel engines and high vibration sensor systems, Tru-Loc offers a molded thermoplastic main plug body with a secondary latch and a fluoroelastomer main joint seal resistant to various fluids, including diesel fuel. The series includes 2-way, 4-way, and 6-way inline plugs and receptacles, with custom designs available for devices, sensors, fuel injectors, splitters, and pass-through connectors. Special backshells can be designed for the 6-way series, and the system can meet 150C temperatures upon request. These connection systems are RoHS compliant, seal to IP67 when mated, and are rated for high vibrations at 32 Grms.
