The Amphenol Tru-Loc connector series is a robust connection system featuring 1.5 mm RADSOK socket contacts, engineered for demanding environments such as under valve covers on diesel engines and high-vibration sensor applications. This series offers a molded thermoplastic main plug body with a secondary latch and a fluoroelastomer main joint seal resistant to various fluids, including diesel fuel. Available in 2-way, 4-way, and 6-way inline configurations, the Tru-Loc series can also be custom-designed for specific applications like mating to devices, sensors, fuel injectors, splitters, and pass-through connectors. Special backshells are available for the 6-way series, and high-temperature ratings of up to 150C are achievable upon request. These connection systems are RoHS compliant, seal to IP67 when mated, and are rated for high vibrations up to 32 Grms.
