These connectors feature the patented Vortex Clip technology for significantly improved conductivity and an 80% reduction in connection/disconnection effort compared to industry standards. Constructed with pure copper (Cu11000) contacts plated with 6m of silver, they ensure minimal wear and extended lifespan, lasting up to twelve thousand cycles. The robust Polyamide housing and durable, flexible handles provide resilience in demanding environments. Designed for arcless operation, the locking mechanisms and unique female contact design safely manage and disperse arcs within the connector carriage, minimizing risks to personnel and equipment. A color-coded system for cable clamps and coding pins prevents incompatible connections by clearly classifying different voltages and applications. The innovative contact loader allows for faster wiring of main, auxiliary, and pilot contacts. These connectors are designed for reliable, safe, and easy installation with no additional adaptation required.
