The 3M MetPak CP2 Press-Fit Header is a 2 mm Type C connector designed for high signal density applications. It offers a compact 25 mm basic system unit, combining the benefits of PCI desktop architecture with the ruggedness of the 3U and 6U IEEE Eurocard form factor. This header is designed according to IEC 61076-4-101 and IEC 917 standards, featuring an "Eye of the Needle" compliant pin press-fit design for reduced manufacturing time and cost. It is suitable for CompactPCI systems and offers options for feed-through termination and additional grounding rows for improved ground bounce and EMI immunity.
