The Amphenol FCI BergStik Headers Straight Unshrouded are versatile 2.54mm pitch connectors offered in surface-mount (SMT), through-hole (THT), press-fit (PF), and pin-in-paste (PIP) versions. Available in single and double rows with 2 to 72 positions, these "breakaway headers" can be customized to specific lengths. They are designed for a wide range of applications, including personal care devices, home automation, server storage, and industrial equipment. Key features include high temperature thermoplastic material, re-flow compatibility, and a maximum current rating of 3A per contact. The drawn-wire pins provide an economical solution with durability up to 100 mating cycles.
The BergStik Stacking Unshrouded Headers are also available in SMT, THT, PF, and PIP versions, supporting mezzanine applications with customizable stack heights up to 65.00mm. The BergStik Headers Right-Angle Unshrouded offer SMT, THT, and PIP termination options for horizontal board-to-board connections.
