The cover protects contacts during handling, and the double-serrated cable slot aids accurate cable positioning. Dual entry is supported, and dual beam contacts provide surface cleaning and reliable connections. Sight holes allow for visual and electrical inspection. Optional central polarization meets MIL-C-83503-7A. Key benefits include prevention of connector mismating and high retention/reliability due to the dual beam contact system. It is RoHS compatible.
