The Amphenol HD38999 High Density Interconnects are designed to offer significantly increased contact density compared to standard MIL-SPEC 38999 connectors. These connectors utilize mil-specified 38999 components, including size 23 contacts and insert materials, making them a direct replacement for standard 38999 connectors. The HD38999 series allows users to increase contact count without increasing connector size, or to reduce system size without sacrificing contact count. They are qualified to MIL-DTL-38999 requirements and are available in Filter, Hermetic, and customized versions. Applications include those requiring high contact density in a compact form factor.
