The Amphenol SurLok Plus Series is a field-installable, highly reliable compression lug designed as an alternative to common compression lugs. It incorporates industry-standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options, eliminating the need for special torque tools. This environmentally sealed connector is available in smaller sizes and features a quick lock and press-to-release design. Utilizing the latest R4 RADSOK Technology, the SurLok Plus is a compact, quick mating, and robust product line. The RADSOK high amperage contact technology uses a stamped and formed, high conductivity alloy grid to achieve low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area. Applications include Energy Storage, EV/HEV, Process Control/Automation, and Heavy Equipment. The 1500V SurLok Plus option is specifically designed for EV/HEV applications.
