This product line offers Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) cables and connectors designed for reliable data transmission in various industrial and telecommunications environments. Compatible with Broadcom Versatile Link components, these cables are available in standard and extra low loss grades, featuring a 1 mm diameter POF core. They are suitable for applications such as industrial data links, intra-system connections, telecommunications switching, computer peripherals, proprietary LANs, digitized video, and medical instruments. The cables are constructed with a black polyethylene jacket and comply with UL VW-1 flame retardant specifications. A range of connector styles, including simplex, simplex latching, duplex, and duplex latching, are available for secure termination and easy integration with Versatile Link modules. Accessories like bulkhead adapters and crimp rings are also provided to facilitate robust installations and panel mounting.
