The 3M MetPak 2-FB Socket MP2 Series is a 2 mm, 5-row, right-angle connector designed for robust interconnect solutions. It features end-to-end stackability, an offset dual-beam contact for minimized insertion force, and molded guide fingers for integrated alignment. The connector includes an alignment wafer for true position accuracy and mates with MP2-P inverse headers and elevated inverse headers for extended card applications. A protective push-cap is available for press-fit variants. This socket meets the IEC 61076-4-104 Futurebus+ global standard and is suitable for applications requiring high reliability and precise alignment.
