The Scotchlok Y Connector is designed for electrically connecting two or more conductor ends in a pigtail application, providing insulation for the connection or a single conductor end. Constructed with a spring steel spring and a steel shell, both featuring corrosion-resistant coatings, and insulated with flame-retardant flexible polyvinyl chloride, this connector ensures durability and safety. It is suitable for solid or stranded copper conductors ranging from AWG 22 to 10 (0.75 mm to 2.5 mm). Ideal for building wire, signs, fixtures, and luminaires, it offers a maximum operating temperature of 105C and voltage ratings of up to 600 volts for building wire and 1000 volts for signs and fixtures.
