Key features include modified tuning fork contacts with chamfered lead-ins for reduced wear, polarization options for precise alignment, and protected entry to prevent contact damage from misaligned boards. They are constructed with a glass-filled phenolic body and copper alloy contacts, available with electro tin or gold flash plating.
