The 3M Mini D Ribbon (MDR) Connectors, 102 Series, are shielded right-angle receptacles designed for boardmount applications with a .050 pitch. These connectors feature a rugged die-cast metal case and a wiper-on-wiper contact system for reliable repetitive plugging. They are SMT compatible with PCT insulator material and offer screw or ground lock options for secure PCB retention. The interface latch design ensures connection stability, and the 36-contact version serves as an IEEE 1284C interface. Available in various contact quantities, these connectors are suitable for demanding industrial environments.
