The XC6206P282MR is a CMOS step-down voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low power consumption, and low voltage difference, equipped with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. These devices have a very low quiescent bias current (3.0A Typ.), enabling them to provide an output current of 300mA even with a minimal input-output voltage difference, while maintaining excellent regulation.
