1. Air Purification & Circulation (Core Principle)
Multi-stage Filtration System
Primary Filter (G4): Installed at fresh air inlet, filters large particles ≥5μm (dust, lint) to protect rear filters.
Medium-efficiency Filter (F8–F9): Filters medium particles ≥1μm to extend the service life of HEPA/ULPA filters.
HEPA/ULPA Filter: Built in Fan Filter Units (FFU), filters ≥0.3μm particles with efficiency over 99.99%, ensuring high cleanliness.
Directional Airflow Organization
Vertical Laminar Flow (ISO Class 5 or higher): Uniform air supply from top FFUs, vertical downward airflow, discharged through raised floors or return air vents, removing particles without dead corners.
Turbulent Flow (ISO Class 6–8): Top supply and side/bottom return airflow, diluting pollutants through air mixing with lower cost.
Closed-loop Air Cycle: Clean air enters the room → pollutants are carried to return air → filtered again → recirculated, with 20–600 air changes per hour based on cleanliness levels.
2. Positive Pressure Control
Indoor air pressure is 5–20 Pa higher than the outside, preventing external polluted air from infiltrating.
Pressure gradient is set between different clean areas (e.g., ISO Class 5 → ISO Class 7 → corridor) to avoid reverse pollution.
Fast Assembly: Connected by bolts or buckles with sealing strips for airtightness, enabling on-site installation in 3–5 days with 98% material recyclability.
Dust-proof Sealing: Smooth, gap-free surfaces and rounded corners for easy cleaning and no dust accumulation.
4. Precision Microenvironment Control
Temperature & Humidity Control: Equipped with air conditioning units, controlling temperature at ±0.1℃ and humidity at ±2% to prevent static electricity and condensation.
Intelligent Monitoring: Real-time detection of particle concentration, pressure difference, temperature, humidity and wind speed, with automatic FFU speed adjustment and alarm functions.
Anti-static Design: Anti-static treatment for floors and wall panels, controlling static electricity ≤100V to protect electronic components.
