• Product/Material Protection:

  • Prevention of Contamination: It provides a local Grade A / ISO 5 environment to protect materials from contamination by airborne particles and microorganisms present in the surrounding cleanroom (e.g., Grade C or D).

  • Prevention of Cross-Contamination: It acts as a physical and aerodynamic barrier, isolating potent or high-risk materials from each other and from other products to prevent cross-contamination.

• Operator Protection (Containment):

  • This is a defining function for many weighing stations. When handling potent, toxic, sensitizing, or hazardous materials, the station operates under negative pressure.

  • The unidirectional airflow (typically vertical laminar flow) captures dust and aerosols generated during weighing, preventing operator exposure and inhalation.

• Environmental Protection:

  • Hazardous materials are contained within the enclosure. Exhaust air is passed through dedicated HEPA/ULPA filters before being safely expelled or recirculated, preventing the release of contaminants into the external environment or the main cleanroom.

• Ensuring Accuracy & Compliance:

  • Provides a stable environment free from drafts, vibrations, and electrostatic interference, which is essential for the precise operation of analytical and precision balances.

  • Its design, operation, and qualification are strictly governed by regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 211, EU GMP Annex 1) to ensure data integrity, traceability, and overall product quality and safety.

Products Description

• Housing/Casing: Constructed from stainless steel, aluminum, or coated galvanized steel for durability, cleanability, and corrosion resistance.

• HEPA/ULPA Filter: The core filtration element, mounted on the discharge side, providing final air cleaning.

• Centrifugal Blower Fan: Typically a backward-curved impeller design, providing stable airflow with good energy efficiency and low noise. Units may feature single or multiple fans (for redundancy).

• Pre-filter: Usually a primary (G4) or medium-efficiency (F8) filter located at the fan inlet. It protects the main HEPA filter and extends its service life by capturing larger particles.

• Control System:

  • Speed Control: Modern FFUs predominantly use Electronically Commutated (EC) motors, allowing infinite variable speed control via 0-10V DC, PWM signals, or network commands. This enables precise airflow adjustment and significant energy savings compared to older AC motor designs.

  • Monitoring: May include integrated differential pressure sensors (to monitor filter loading), status indicator lights, alarm functions, and communication interfaces for connection to Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Airflow Diffuser/Perforated Plate: Mounted below the filter, it helps to equalize and stabilize the discharged airflow, promoting uniform laminar flow.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
