Cleanroom High Speed Roller Door

Specifically engineered for cleanroom applications, the high-speed roller door integrates PLC-based intelligent control and airtight structural design, whose core function is to minimize air loss from the cleanroom and reduce the energy consumption of the supporting HVAC system.

Safety Devices

• Pressure-Sensitive Bottom Edge
   
  The door curtain is equipped with a soft, pressure-sensitive bottom edge without any rigid components. When encountering obstacles during closing, it will rebound immediately, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in the cleanroom.
• Photoelectric Sensing System
   
  Optional infrared photoelectric sensors or safety light curtains can be installed to detect obstacles in the door's operating range, further preventing clamping accidents.

• High Operating Speed

  • Typical speeds range from 1.0 to 2.5 m/s, significantly faster than standard industrial doors (~0.5 m/s).

  • Purpose: To drastically reduce the "open-door time," limiting air and contaminant exchange between controlled and non-controlled zones.

• Superior Sealing System

  • Side Seals: Durable, low-particulate door curtains (made from PVC strips or coated polyester) are flanked by anti-static sealing brushes or flexible gaskets along the vertical guides.

  • Bottom Seal: Features an inflatable or mechanical drop-down seal that engages automatically upon closure, creating an airtight seal with the floor to prevent under-door airflow.

  • Head & Track Sealing: Sealed canopy and dust-proof tracks prevent particle accumulation and ingress.

•  Cleanroom-Compatible Materials

  • Curtain Material: Anti-static, anti-microbial, low-particulate-shedding, and easy-to-clean coated fabrics. Often transparent or translucent for visibility and safety.

  • Frame & Components: Constructed from anodized aluminum or stainless steel with smooth, non-porous, corrosion-resistant surfaces that withstand frequent cleaning and sanitization.

• Intelligent Control & Safety Systems

  • Drive System: Frequency-controlled motors ensure smooth acceleration, constant speed, and deceleration, minimizing vibration and noise.

  • Activation Options: Radar motion sensors, photocell beams, induction loop detectors, access control integration (keycard, code), and interlocking with cleanroom management systems.

  • Safety Features: Standard sensitive bottom edge (instant reversal upon obstruction) and optional safety light curtains to prevent closure when an object is detected.

• Pressure Differential Integrity

  • The combination of high speed and tight sealing minimizes pressure fluctuations during door cycles, acting as a critical barrier for maintaining positive or negative pressurization.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
