• • Air Filtration & Quality: This is the first line of defense, typically employing High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) or Ultra-Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filters to achieve the required particulate removal efficiency from supplied air.

  • Airflow Management: Critical for contamination control. Laminar (unidirectional) airflow directs particles in a constant stream away from the most sensitive processes, while turbulent (non-unidirectional or mixed) airflow is used in less critical zones to dilute and remove contaminants.

  • Pressure Differential Control: Maintains a directional airflow to prevent cross-contamination. Positive pressure is standard, creating an outward flow to protect the cleanroom from adjacent, less clean areas. Negative pressure is employed for containment, as seen in biohazard or pharmaceutical compounding labs, to keep hazardous agents within the space.

  • Material Specification: All interior surfaces require smooth, non-porous, and non-shedding materials that are easily cleanable and resistant to chemicals. Common examples include epoxy or polyurethane resin floors, rigid PVC wall/ceiling panels, and stainless-steel fixtures.

  • Environmental Control: Beyond particulate count, precise regulation of temperature and humidity is essential for process stability and personnel comfort. Additional controls for lighting, static electricity, and vibration may be required for specific applications (e.g., photolithography, precision measurement).

  • Containment & Procedural Design: The physical layout incorporates airlocks, gowning rooms, and material pass-throughs to manage the flow of people and goods. This is complemented by strict garmenting protocols and entry/exit procedures to mitigate the human being as the primary contamination source.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
