Main Components&Functional Sections

1. 1. Mixing Box Section

      • Function: To mix outdoor fresh air (Outside Air) with recirculated indoor air (Return Air) in a controlled ratio to maintain indoor air quality and energy efficiency.

      • Key Components: Motorized dampers for outside, return, and exhaust air, often interlocked for proper pressure control.

   2. Filtration Section

      • Function: To remove airborne particulates (dust, pollen, microbes).

      • Filter Types:

        • Pre-filters (G3-G4): Protect downstream coils and components.

        • Medium-efficiency filters (F5-F8): Used in offices, hospitals, and general commercial spaces.

        • High-efficiency filters (HEPA, ULPA): Used in cleanrooms, operating theaters, and critical environments.

   3. Thermal Conditioning Section

      • Function: The core for controlling air temperature and moisture.

      • Key Components:

        • Cooling Coil: Uses chilled water (e.g., 6°C supply, 12°C return) or direct-expansion refrigerant to cool and dehumidify air.

        • Heating Coil: Uses hot water, steam, or electric heating elements to heat air.

        • Humidifier: Adds moisture. Common types: Dry steam injectors, adiabatic humidifiers (e.g., high-pressure mist), and electrode/ resistive steam humidifiers.

   4. Fan Section

      • Function: Provides the mechanical energy to move air through the unit and the entire duct system. It is the "heart" of the AHU.

      • Key Types: Centrifugal fans (forward or backward curved).

      • Configuration: Draw-through (fan after coils, preferred for even air distribution and coil drainage) or blow-through (fan before coils).

      • Control: Almost always equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for variable airflow and energy savings.

   5. Auxiliary Sections

      • Sound Attenuators: Lined sections or silencers to reduce fan and airflow noise.

      • Heat Recovery Section: Devices like enthalpy wheels, plate heat exchangers, or run-around coils to recover energy from exhaust air and precondition incoming outside air, significantly improving efficiency.

      • Plenum / Flow Straightener: Ensures uniform airflow across filters and coils.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
