Linyu Series liquid tank is a new high standard light weight tankers made of stainless steel，carbon steel and aluminum alloy. The tank models include oil tanker, chemical liquid carrier, flammable liquid carrier, food carrier. Referred Europe FFB and the United States the HEIL style, and combined with the domestic market demand, the tank was re-designed based on finite element analysis. The main parts of the tank: shell cover and anti-wave plate adopted better anti-resistance folding dish structure. Depending on the different stress in different parts of the tank, using different thickness steel, we ensure the lightest under the relevant standards and safety. With unique shape and appearance, Linyu series liquid carrier adopted blast pretreatment process on structure parts. Using special tank tooling fixtures and in conjunction with the automatic protection welder, painting entirely in accordance with the requirements of the luxury passenger bus painting technology standards, the tank body appearance is beautiful same as bus, and the quality reached industry-leading level. Owned over 20 patents technology, the products conformed to international standards. Liquid transport vehicle (semi) features
Advanced design: Finite element analysis method is used to establish the stress analysis model of all working conditions and lightweight design, so that the strength and stiffness of the tank are optimized under lighter conditions; Anti-shock structure: the dish-shaped anti-wave plate in the tank can effectively scatter the shock wave around, reduce the local stress of the anti-wave plate, and protect the tank. According to the medium and road conditions, the wave plate adopts the dense arrangement method to make the tank body more evenly stressed.
