Hoist can be used on various building for material or passanger lifting and transport, such as residential, industrial and commercial super high building, power plant and bridge. With more than 10 years experience of our team,we has delivered many successful projects. We offer customize solutions to meet various purpose use, such as ultra high speed, twin or four masts, lean or curve mast and platform hoist.
Construction Site Lift Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
Main structure frame are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength cold roll steel plate, cut by laser, process by CNC machines in tool fixtures, welded by robots.
The construction lift cage roof is made by a full steel plate, and the edges are totally welded, to ensure no water leakage and high strength.
Construction Site Lift Features and Advantages
* The material hoist runs without vibration or trembling. The man and material lift starts and stops without surging or jerking.
* The passenger and elevator is reliable with very little breakdown and is durable with very long work-life.
* Adopt energy-saving helical reducers made specially for rack and pinion elevators, extremely strong, reliable and durable.
* Racks centering at mast reduce partial load torque of builders hoists, makes the construction hoists run more stably and smoothly.
* Applying non-eccentric rollers, make the installation of construction site elevators be faster and easier, with much less error.
