Unique rope construction
Imagine flat rubber and steel balance ropes, made with incredible precision. They contain extraordinary properties – they are what make our ropes so long-lasting.
MWIN ropes are constructed from an even number of anti-winding round-wound steel ropes with a steel core with a linear contact of wires in strands alternately right and left-wound vulcanized along the entire length in a rubber coating.
Depending on the required unit weight and the minimum breaking force of the rope in its entirety, in the MWIN line, steel ropes are vulcanized in the amount of 2,4,6 or 8 pieces with diameters from 4,2 mm to 27 mm with strength classes 1370, 1570, 1670, 1770 N/mm2.
