Product Description:

Balance wire ropes are specially used for mine hoisting systems. They connect the two ends of the mine skip to balance the weight of the main hoisting ropes during lifting and lowering operations.

This product features high breaking force, good flexibility, excellent fatigue resistance and stable performance. It can effectively reduce the load fluctuation of the hoist drum, lower power consumption and extend the service life of the main hoisting ropes.

Packing and Shipping:

Proper packaging is essential for mine balance tail rope to maintain rope performance before installation. Our packaging design takes sea freight, land transport and underground mine handling into consideration.

1. Reel selection The wire rope is coiled on heavy-duty wooden reels or steel reels. Reels are reinforced to withstand stacking and hoisting loads.
2. Anti-corrosion & waterproof protection The rope surface is wrapped with plastic film first, then covered by waterproof tarpaulin. This protects the rope from rain, moisture and contaminants during ocean and overland transportation.
3. Marking & documentation Permanent labels are fixed on each reel, showing product name, diameter, linear mass, total length, gross weight, batch number and standard reference. Test certificates are packed separately for customs and site inspection.
4. Fastening Steel strapping is used to fix the rope coil tightly on the reel to prevent unwinding, shifting and abrasion.
5. Custom packaging service We can adjust packaging according to container loading requirements and special export standards.
